At Drummond, group coaching is designed to encourage adults back into tennis. Whether you used to play tennis at school or have recently taken it up or just love the sport, there is a class for you. This is a very sociable group with a great opportunity to mix and meet others with similar interests.

Every Tuesday, 9.30am to 10.30am – all abilities
Cardio tennis is a fun, fast paced workout for players of all ages and abilities.
• It is set to music
• Can burn up to 800 calories each session
• Is a high impact aerobic workout
• Has a warm up, high impact drills, game orientated drills and a cool down
• Is designed to be fun, hitting lots of balls and provides a good work out

Technique and tactics
Every Thursday, 9.30am to 11am
This class is aimed at intermediate level players who want to improve their tennis. It focuses on both technique and tactics within match play.
I played a little tennis at school, 20 years ago, and have been coming to tennis with Sophie for two years. I now play in the team. It’s a great group, really good fun – Rachel
These lessons are booked privately with Sophie and can include either one or two people. They are offered Monday to Friday during school hours.
